Delete Your MinerHub Account
You can delete your MinerHub account and its data yourself, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the MinerHub app and sign in.
- On the Home screen, tap your name in the top bar.
- Select Delete account permanently.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Your password is required so that an unlocked phone in someone else’s hands cannot delete your account.
There is no waiting period and no recovery window. Once you confirm, the data listed below is erased straight away.
What Is Deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Farms you created, their agents, devices, and all recorded readings and history.
- Your access to farms other people shared with you, and access you granted others to your farms.
- Your notification history, notification settings, and registered device tokens.
- Your operating costs, mining records, and any pending pairing requests.
Data We Retain
A security audit record of administrative actions is retained. It contains the action, the time, and the account identifier — not your farm data, readings, or personal content. It is kept for security and fraud prevention, and for as long as required by applicable law.
If you have lost access to your account, contact MinerHub support and request deletion. Please send the request from the email address associated with your MinerHub account so that we can verify it. Requests received by email are processed within 30 days.
